Take Debit order when ever they want

This morning I got an SMS saying Nedbank personal loan payment was taken off my account, ON THE 20th of the month, I signed for the 28th on payday not when ever Nedbank feel like taking money, I phoned and the call center had some lame stupid excuse there is NO excuse for this you get your money every end of the month you have no right taking money when ever you feel like it who is going to pay the debit order and all other fees because you will put the money back it will only show tomorrow though and taking money putting it back COSTS money to do these transactions and the money in my bank account is not for you to play with in any case, you never have a problem getting the payment, please make sure you pay the money back today.. and the extra fees, still don't know who gave you permission to just take money when you feel like it!!
