Rejection of Claim - Burglary

I have been with AFI for some time now and have taken this policy as security should the unforseen happen,
I was called up by a consultant and sounded very promising and with this being a reputable group I thought i had peace of mind. Well thats what I thought. Just two months into our marriage and starting of life we get news that our home has been burgaled, I called our only lifeline to assist with the claim which went well until to our dismay they rejected us! They refer to it as a security issue!!!
Not even a phone call to tell me this but a mere mail from a consultant. To put things in perspective I was with another insurer with my previous property which Your consultant signed me up with my new property and used the details of my previous property in terms of certain security aspects which is NOT MY FAULT. It was your duty to sent someone out to evaluate the contents of my property and give me advice accordingly as i requested this from your consultant, Please pull out your call records as I will not let this rest and will take a legal route to this. I have also advised many people to join your group as referrals but from this treatment I will request all to retract
