I have a personal loan that I took with nedbank. My debit order date is the 25th of every month to my surprise nedbank debited money from my account today. I'm supposed to attend a funeral in mpumalanga tomorrow morning. I can not go simple because nedbank took my money.

I want nedbank to refund me today and debit the monthly instalment on the 25th
