Annoying unproffesional call centre

I have been retrenched jan month but was only able to receive uif papers yesterday .when the call centre started calling to ask about the payments needed i explained my situation... my problem is why must i explain the same thing more than once in one week? does bluebean now employ mentally handicapped people? last week 13/03/2013 they called and i explained, then they called again the 16/03/2013.how does my employment status or situation change in 3 days? everyday i get calls from a number similar to that of the bluebean call centre but they dont always answer on the other end.the part that makes them look stupid is they start out by saying the calls are recorded for quality and safety reasons.so show me the quality!!! LAST night was a true display of their unprofessional and disgusting display of service when i was called at 9PM to ask about payment.i explained again and was asked WHEN am i getting my uif funds to make payment???!! To top that off the wasnt even aware that i have account protection for retrenchment as i asked HIM if im not covered to which he replied uhm yes you are.when i inquired what documents i need to forward he couldnt answer.so glad i dont bank there
