Bad Record and Scoring Caused by Bluebean

I am very disgusted with service received from Bluebean I have been requesting them to change my payment date for the last 2-3years this is still not done. I have also told them that the reason for this is because I have been receiving my salary on the 25th of every month for 5 y. I contacted bluebean in 27/09/2012 Ref 33250770 also requesting them to change the payment date but I have been advised in Jan-Feb 2013 that there was no record made of this on this call I spoke to Cathy Motsega and to her team leader Ref 51576064 and the reason for my call was because I was charge a late penalty fee of R135.00. I then request bluebean again to change my payment date as this reflected badly on my credit record with Standard bank and that I have been requesting this to happen for the last 2-3years. They promised me that they would change my payment date and also investigate why I was charged the late fee as I made payment on the 25th of every month. They never got back to me. Bluebean created a bad record on my name as a late payer and I was furious. I contacted bluebean on the 22/08/2013 Ref 40892374 asking them what my payment date is and they confirmed that it is still not changed
