Staff have no idea what they are doing

I had a small loan from Bruma finance more than two years ago, with a debit order monthly, which I had almost completed paying off. Bruma Finance even started phoning me to offer an additional loan (which is another story gone wrong) I had absolutely no problems for 6 months, then all of a sudden I started to get sms's saying that I am in arrears for 2/3 months etc. The next thing the sms's are advising me that I will be handed over etc. I was completely confused, as I knew that the debit order was in place. When I phoned Bruma Finance I was told that the debit orders hand been stopped and were no longer going off. I was so surprised and confused as I had never given this instruction, either in writing or telephonically to them, I was assuming that all was still in order. Also note that there was always money in the account. They then started to automatically take whatever amount they liked off my account until I stopped the debit orders. They continue to harrass me regarding handing me over. They have no idea what they are doing and no one can actually assist to sort the problem out. STAY VERY FAR AWAY!!!
