Harassment for payment after retrenchment

The way in which this credit provider handles their clients disgust me still... before i took in my documents to prove i was retrenched they call twice or thrice a week for payment and NO consultant made notes on their system. EVERY DAY i get calls from them. If i answer, nobody answers and the line gets cut. If i dont answer a message is left saying i must make payment.even after i took in my documents to STANDARD BANK to show i was retrenched im still being harassed. The questions that was asked in the claim form made me nearly vomit a little in my mouth.like... was retrenchment voluntary... in the six months prior to retrenchment did i get any verbal or written warnings.didnt i dispute the retrenchment... SERIOUSLY?? and i paid for retrenchment cover and this is probably their way of trying to refute claims? i would NEVER recommend this bluebean or standard bank to anybody.they are sickening
