Putting me up on itc and denying that its them

I want to buy a vehicle, but to buy one, you would have to have a clean record witch i thought i had up until today when absa calls me and says they can not help me with finance for a vehicle because my BLUEBEAN credit card is in arrears.now ive called customer care and everyone at the call centre just dont know what they are doing.how can you deny that im not on itc but i cant get finance for a vehicle because im on itc because you have incompetent staff thats working for bluebean.to make it more inconvenient, they just dont care, because they will just put the phone down, because they dont have time for you.
