Bluebean Internet Transfer Fees No More Max Fee

I've had my bluebean card since 2002 and I've always been very happy. Last year when I did electronic transfers via internet banking I was charged a standard fee of R4.20 per transaction. You can imagine my surprise when I transfered money yesterday and was charged R203.30! I've spoken to the Standard Bank Call Centre as well as the Bluebean Call Centre and they just keep on refering me to the Pricing and Benefits guide. In 2012 the formula to calculate the fees was: R 3.90 1.17% (max R 26). This does not explain AT ALL why I was only charged R4.20 for each transaction (of various amounts). The formula for 2013 is: R 4.40 1.17%. Take note of how they dropped the R26 max amount! So now you will be charged 1.17% of the amount - unlimited! I don't think this is fair! And I still don't know how I changed from a flat fee of R4.20 to 1.17% of the transaction value.
