On the 4th of December i called into blue bean call centre as i purchased goods off the internet only to find out that the site was a, however i spoke to Matsido who said she will stop the payment and she transferred me to the Launa at the and Risk, i explained my situation to her and told me that i must call the people that i purchased the product from when i responded saying that the company does not exist and i cannot get a hold of those people, the money still went off my card, i would like to know after my call why was that payment still banked after i explained myself, which means that you have no care for your clients or your clients needs, i would have thought that there would be something in place to assist people is this situation, you welcome to contact me, I want that payment reversed as i requested!!! i will close this account and never do business with you again... where is the protection for your clients, if i call and say its and request you to stop the payment you still let it go through, please tell me where is the protection for your clients!!! THIS IS THE 3RD REQUEST TO HAVE THIS AMOUNT REVERSED!!! NO RESPONSE WAITING FOR
