Please can you assist

MTN I would like you assistance. I am sitting in a situation where I would like to buy a house but you have listed me on ITC. All this after I called in and explained (after getting your letter) that I am unable to pay by that date but gave you a date when I would pay (which I did), you then see it best to go and list me.

Please can someone listen to the phone records (as we are advised calls are recorded when we call in) and hear me explaining when I will make payment and why no payment was received (retrenchment) and also when I called in after discovering the listing and explained my predicament about the listing. The lady I spoke to assured me there are no listings on my name and I asked I sent an email and now THIS. I also have an email I sent to the lady I spoke to as she requested me to.

I missed 2 payments which I rectified as soon as I got another job! Do i deserve this treatment? Especially since I explained my situation to you?

I am paying my account on time since then and I urgenlty require your assistance in resolving this as my entire financial situation is now standing still because of this.
