2 weeks waiting for a delivery

Since agreeing to accept the R 99 for 2Gigs contract i was told the Sim card would be delivered within 10 days, does seem quite long considering the size of our country, i agreed and have been waiting ever since, today marks 14 days since an FNB consultant contacted me and signed me up. the courier company did however call me 7 days after the sign up, and ask me for my address as the one they have is incorrect and apparently my cell phone is permanently on voice mail strangely enough they didn't leave a message. It is now 7 days later and there has been no contact what so ever from either FNB or the couriers. NOT IMPRESSED
