2 Weeks still no delivery

27th March 2013, I took up an offer for an Galaxy Note smart phone that was offered to all FNB-cheque account holders. 28th march i was sent an sms saying device has been sent to the couriers and i will be contacted within next 24 hours. 5th April still no call from anyone, I sent FNB an email to find out why I haven't received any communication regarding my device. i got a call from courier same day after i sent am email. Courier took my address and said device will be delivered in the next 3-5 working days. Today I called FNB and I was given couriers numbers. I called the couriers and I was told they are out of stock and not sure when they will receive stock just maybe tomorrow.
This is quiet unacceptable service, why promise to deliver within 5 days if there's no stock? why don't I get a call to say they've run out of stock and why do I have to be given a run around between couriers and FNB? I've been sitting at home since Thursday waiting for the delivery and nothing came.
FNB/Couriers must make a plan I want that device to be delivered ASAP because I cant be sitting at home waiting for nothing, complete waste of my time!!!
