Rename CCL Couriers (Couldn't Care Less)

Here we go again, I get a landline call asking for My name, D.O.B., address etc I query who is calling and am told it is a courier and i should contract My bank, She would call back, guess what She didn"t. I get a voice msg notification on My cell but there is no msg, I get another voice msg but I can't understand what has been said.
I look up the web page and there is nothing on it but a single phone number, I call it and am informed that they are closed. I try returning the calls on the cell but there is no answer, I am already exasperated and We haven, t even organised a delivery date yet THE SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK! there are far too many complaints about the service, We are also Your customers, I do not look forward to the next few days of waiting around for You.
