I applied for a contract 7 days ago and was told that my phone would be delivered within 7 working days. on the 5th day i called to find out more or less when the phone will be delivered. i was the ASSURED by the consultant that the phone will be delivered the next Monday or Tuesday. it is Tuesday now and i called to get the tracking number so i could call the couriers to find out more or less when this delivery will take place. the consultant told me they will only receive the tracking number tomorrow and my phone will only be delivered on Friday which is another 4 days of waiting. it is now almost two weeks and every consultant has something different to tell me. this is really unacceptable as i was lead to believe that the phone would be delivered by today. i now do not trust anything i get told by any cell c consultant. i needed this delivery as in yesterday and now am afraid that by Friday i will still not receive the phone. i do need to plan accordingly to ensure that i am available to collect the phone. this is a major inconvenience as i am now left with nothing but unreliable information. i am seriously considering moving over to another service provider. HELP PLEASE!
