3 days or 3 weeks for delivery??

Hi there,

I received a call from Zane on 14 June regarding a credit card which I then accepted. I was promised that the card would be delivered within 3 working days, it is now 3 July, 3 weeks later and I am still waiting,

The main issue here is not the waiting, rather the courier company which calls me on behalf of FNB. Seriously CCD couriers? I have never heard of them!

They have rescheduled the delivery of my card 3 times with me already. Every time with a different excuse. First they completely missed the scheduled appointment, then once rescheduled, I was told that the card landed up in PE, now after rescheduling for today, I was notified that the card is in Jhb.

This is honestly wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress, having to reschedule my days and wait upon the pathetic delivery service of the courier company calling me on behalf of FNB.

Please just organize that a reputable company such as Berco take over the delivery.

This CCD courier company is a seriously poor reflection upon FNB's image. I have never been upset with FNB until now.

I have not even received a follow up call from Zane to find out if I have yet received my card!
