Waiting Foreve

I upgraded my cellphone contact with mtn and signed for the Samsung tv and cellphone combo. I was informed that I would wait 7 to 14 days for the Samsung tv to be delivered to my address. After waiting for 14 days, I was finally told by mtn at the v&a waterfront that everything has being sorted out and I should expect the tv to be delivered within the next few days. when I contacted the company responsible for the delivery, they had I informed me that they still didn't have an order waiting for me. which means mtn still has to submit the form. how long do I need to wait for a tv to be delivered. and who can give me an answer on what is happening and how much longer I must wait. not even the mtn call centre can assist me.
