ABSA Flexi-Reserve

On drawing money from an ABSA Flexi-Reserve you apparently have to wait 7 days before utilising the funds or you will be charged interest. This was not explained by anyone at the ABSA Sandton or Rivionia Rd branches. I get a call this morning from some debt collector person informing me my account is in arrears. Now I have to pay for the money I withdrew and used in an emergency.

Pathetic service all round!!!
