I have ordered a floor steamer from Groupon on the 23rd of August 2013, which was suppose to be delivered 5-7 days later. on the 2nd September I contacted Groupon to find out where my product was, apparently it was delivered but to the incorrect address. Proof of delivery was sent to me with my address, however it was not delivered to the house. I then called them again and advised that we have not received the product. A month later I am still waiting, Contacting groupon everyday, liaising with Customer Service Consultant - Bevelerly but nothing has been solved as yet. I regularly buy on Groupon and now having no faith in the company. Why do I have to contact the company everyday to find get feedback!! frustrating!! Groupon apparently good with service, I beg to differ.
