I've been paying for 2 phones for Insurance which the value for the phones was R11 000.00 now the phones are damaged which insurance is paying me out R9779.00 a difference of R1230.00 which I called to find out why they paying me R1230.00 less they told me that the value of the phones went down & that I should have called to change my premuim to the current value which no one has ever advace me of doing so when I took out the cover. Now i have to pay a difference of R570.00 to get the 2 phones... And im really sure that none of us knows the when the phone drop value we have to call our insurance to fix the prize
