Have 4 phones on my contract with Vodacom since about 2000... long client.
Had an insurance claim. CELLSURE TAKES AN AVERAGE OF 40 MINS TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES. I pay insurance on my Vodacom account.. who is their clinet.. Vodacom or me. Bottom line, was told that I could get another phone to the value of R2500 but would have to pay in R800 excess. I agreed. WHAT DO YOU KNOW!!! THEY DON'T HAVE PHONES TO THAT VALUE. I CAN EITHER TAKE A PHONE FOR R2100 OR R2600 AND HAVE TO PAY IN THE DIFFERENCE.!!! WHAT A . WHY APPROVE THAT VALUE IF THEY HAVE NO PHONES. I WORKED OUT THAT MY VODACOM ACC IS AV R3000 PER MONTH X 12 MONTHS X 14 YEARS= R504 000. MY CONTRACT COMES UP FOR RENEWAL IN FEB, MARCH. I DON'T THINK I WILL BE RENEWING... WHAT A PITY... ALL BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE FROM THEIR INSURANCE PROVIDER
