I have been paying insurance to Vodacom for all my contract phones that i have had for the last 9 years. I recently upgraded to a ne w iPhone5.. when my phone was on the 29/01/2013, I phoned Vodasure to place my claim only to be told that my insurance that i have been paying is not enough to cover the cost of my new phone.
Surley i should have been inforemd that the insurance that i have ben paying would not cover the cost should i claim for a new phone...
I was also very rudely told that " You did not do the uopgrade with me, go talk to the consultant that helped you!!! "
I did a upgrade with VODACOM!!!
