I called African Bank in January to get the settlement on my account. Payment of R1700 was made on 19 January. After repeated emails i have still not received any notification that this amount has been received. My installment of R666.00 was deducted at the end of January. My outstanding balance was R65.00. At the end of February a further R605.00 was deducted. I sent another email to the accounts dept to which i have yet again received no response. On 7 March R392.85 was refunded into my account, again no email, phone call or sms was received. Can someone please explain what is going on??
