Eventually they have admitted to not transferring the money, that was paid into their bank account, to Foschini when it was paid. Now they have refunded the excess amount to me but refuse to refund the interest that was earned on the money that was overpaid. This money does not and did not belong to them, They have earned interest on money that I would have earned if the money was in my bank account instead of in theirs. They should have refunded this money into my account in 2010 already. Instead they have kept the interest earned. Is this how they make their money? What is worse is that the "Resolutions Manger" and the "Operations Executive" Johan Meyer are both well aware of this but are choosing to ignore my emails. My next stop is going to be the Debt Collection Council to report them for Unethical Behaviour. You had your chance and you chose to think I am a joke.
