Standard Bank
Thats my money! Please refund it to my account!!

I used to think standard bank is the only bank where I can be sure that my monies are safe. This is not the case any more. I am really hurt by the recent behavour by this "major bank". Since May they have been doing unauthorised debits from my account. I initially complained about this in June and they offered me a credit card to replace my money instead of refunding me my hard earned money.

After not accepting the offer and insisting on my refund, they finally refunded the money in the middle of June. At the begining of July they deducted the money again and my account sat on a negative balance!! I mean whats going on there! You can't just debit my account whenever you want to!

I went into the branch again to dispute the same and was given a turnaround time of 12 business days. Now I have waited for over 15 business days with no feedback!

I just want my money refunded into my account. Please Standard Bank... Please!!! Refund my money please!
