Boodle - Loyal Customer Full Rank Gets Bad Sevice!

I have been phoning (5 calls) sent emails no response, operators promised to resolve the issue that my loan 765331 status still shows overdue every day, got the phone put down in my ear once after being on hold for 10 minutes. I had to phone again today for the 5th time enquiring why the loan status still shows "overdue" since Thursday! and a new debit date i see was set for my loan account of another R4830.00 to be actioned on the 28/03/2013.

Finally it gets resolved today, but when i apply for a new loan the site states "you cannot have more than 1 loan active" even though the status of the loan on the website shows its been closed. I then try applying from the home page for the same amount as before with the same expenses, debt etc figures, only this time my full boodle ranking counts for nothing.

My loan gets declined due to affordability, when i phone in to enquire im told the debt figure on the online application form indicates R20 000 which "i never entered" i entered R1000 as usual. Do you guys think im that stupid to even try apply for any loan if i enter a debt higher than what i earn.
