Still waiting on refund

It is almost a month and I am still waiting on a refund. I asked for the money to be paid into my account. Perhaps I should rock up at newspaper house and jump up and down to get a reaction out of these freaking people. Everyday I phone in and everyday Maricia, Bassier, Nyameka, Raine, Nasroodien etc promises to escalate the refund! They claim that the money is in a non-interest account, who has accounts like that! I think that by now I would have earned at least R50 in interest on my banking account! The people who work there either don't know what they are talking about or doing or they are just dragging their feet in paying refunds. I am telling you, if no money is paid into my bank account by Monday 20 May, I will go there personally!
