They make money out of our hard earned cash

I bought a deal from groupon sa in march 2013 GRPZARE1D25D AND GRPZAR845CF6, 2 weeks passed with no response, i called them, hold for more than an hours for the response. i was told that i will receive my vouchers within 7 days. another 2 weeks passed still no vouchers, i e mailed them and i was told that the system did not allocate vouchers for me i mean really? i was told that i will be refunded, i received an email requesting my bank account which i sent, instead of getting my money i received the same email from the different person. The fact is groupon is making money out of us, they advertise product they don't have, keep/ invest our money in their bank accounts for as long as possible and earn huge interest. They then refund the money when they are satisfied with the interest earned. If i don't receive my money within 2 days, i will report them to consumer commission.
