False advertising

I am terribly frustrated wit Coricraft! On the 20th November 2012 we were told that if we paid in full for our order we would get delivery before Christmas.

After numerous phone calls and a visit to the store they are only able to deliver on the 17th January 2013. This is not acceptable and no one will take responsibility for the late delivery. The store was very helpful but I believe the factory is letting them down.

How can a company still be operational when all they can do is apologize for bad service but in fact do nothing about it? My money could have earned interest in my bank account, is Coricraft going to refund me the interest that could have been earned?
