Vodacom
STILL WAITING

I was part of a case with Vodacom, and The was confirmed by Jabulani Hlatswayo..

The was confirmed on the 4th of March 2013, as the I'd Copy had a picture of someone else on it..I was told that the Money deducted from my account will be refunded to me, I have sent a statement to show that the amount of R599.38 was deducted from my account on the 14th of Feb 2013..

I Am still waiting for this refund, and I feel this is really rediculous! I could have earned interest on this money, but instead Vodacom is earning interest!

This is my second complaint about the same story! Please sort this out, or I Will...

The Reference number is S3-5H21E-E4NLU

I would not like to complain about this again, and I would like to be refunded immidiately!!
