No response in refund

I accidentally paid money into a wrong FNB account from my fnb account. The holder of the account could not refund me as the account was frozen. I then submitted a request for refund and no one bothered to get back to me. If the reason being that the account is frozen, I don't get why I have to suffer a loss. FNB took the risk to lend that particular customer money. NOT ME! I have no problem moving my accounts to another bank, and the loss they will suffer will be much greater than what I have suffered. I contacted FNB within hours of making the payment and I strongly feel that I should be refunded. Like I said, why should I suffer with my hard earned money for a risk they took by lending someone else money! The fact that no one bothered to get back to me is even worse.
