Pathetic Service

Hi,

Extremely unhappy with the service received from Metropolitan Life.
Been informed that claiming from a policy takes 5-10 days, it's currently 15 days.
My husband has been calling almost everyday trying to follow but still nothing.
Called again today and was told the supervisor will give him a call and guess what still nothing!
Is this the kinda service expected from Metropolitan Life?
