Refund on cancelled policy

Metropolitan, metropolitan, metropolitan. There seems to be a number of people employed by you who do not understand your policies, who cannot provide simple information and who cannot follow through an enquiry to the end and provide your customers with a solution. I have cancelled my burial policy with you, after which you still deducted the monthly premium. Then one of your employees informed me that she cannot tell me when my premium would be refunded because she didn't have head offices no. Finally I was given the answer that it takes 30 days after policy cancellation date to receive refund. More than 30 days have gone by, you have taken your premium from my account for my RA still left with you, yet you cannot return the funds to me that were taken after I cancelled my burial policy. I have sent emails, I have called and all I get back is that your refund policy is 30 days after cancellation. I know that now! What I would like to know is do you intend to refund me or not or give me a clear answer as to why I am not entitled to a refund of my premium that was taken after my policy was cancelled. Any clear and informed answer would satisfy me!
