November 2001 I took out a group life policy 60068490001099 with Metropolitan.6 December 2012 I emailed all the relevant documents to Metropolitan to claim for the cash back and also to cancel the policy as it was suppose to cancel in 2011.After numerous calls to the Contact Centre at 0860724724 I was told by several service consultants that the request is in the "queue" and that he/she would forward an urgent email to the relevant person/people to contact me. Well, today it is 23 working day (excluding public holidays & weekends) later and I am still waiting to be contacted. PLEASE, can anybody that lives the motto of Metropolitan " Together we can do more" contact me and confirm by when the money will reflect in my account and give me the service I deserve!
