Money Hungry, Useless and Corrupt!!!

I applied for a loan in October, and everything went fine until my employees paid my a few days before
my agrred upon debit date - and moneystar debited the money before hand. The next month the same story except the money was debited into my account for overtime time worked but yet Moneystar still thought it fit to debit my account days before the agreed upon debit date. Xmas they debited their money weeks before the time and they never evry send you a statement to acknowledge payments received. No sms, no phonecalls, no emails, or statements of any kind. And don't even try applying for another loan - cos that's when they ask your for final repayment statments. And how am i suppose to get 1? Moneystar is Money hungry and Useless?
