ITC not updated

Hi MoneyStar

I had a loan with moneystar some time last year, The loan was paid in full. I was shock this morning when I get my ITC profile from Experian that the account is still open and it was not updated. This is affecting my scoring can I please have it updated. Awaiting your feedback.
