In summary, I noticed that my bond installment wasn't going off only in the end of January 2013 since 28 November 2012. Reason being I got paid bonus during the that time I didn't worry about checking if I paid the bond because I knew there were over enough money in the bank. I notice end of January 2013 because I had the normal salary paid into my bank and know how much I should have at a certain time of the month. I then went into the FNB bank and pulled 3 months statement only to realise it didn't go off December also. I went straight to Nedbank to ask why this happen, they can't explain.

The consultant in Claremont contacted the department and confirmed with them I had over enough money in the bank at the time of the bond installment collection date. She ask the consultant Neo Chauke to investigate but she referred us to Claudia Naidoo which only came back to me the 2nd time I went to Nedbank. I then received an email from Diale, M. Mammeswane that said she so sorry for changing my account details and it won't happen again.

Now they expect me to pay the arrears. If 100 clients had the same problem and pay over R800 in arrears the bank make over R80000. I want feedback ASAP.
