Incorrect debit orders deducted

I have never received such bad service in my life. Firstly Moneystar deducts money from my account when ever it suits them. they deduct the payment before my salary is paid to my account causing the debit order to return and causing me to pay the bank fees on this returned item. Secondly they then deduct the payment when i get paid 3 TIMES from my account causing my other monthly debit orders not to go through and once again i had to pay fees and all this affecting my credit score. When i phoned Moneystar to ask why they deducted 3 TIMES they could not give me an answer accept OH SORRY we will refund you in 24 hours which never happened. I then went to the bank and returned the debit orders that were incorrectly on which i had to pay bank fees once again. When i requested a statement which i have never received before i noticed that i have been charges on my Moneystar account aswell which Moneystar is now showing as arrears. So now i have to pay all these fees out my pocket due to Moneystar deducting incorrectly from my account, i tried calling Moneystar today and was put on hold for the collections department and held for over 10min and hung up! BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
