Moneystar - Dont even consider using them!!

To whom it may concern,

I am a loyal Moneystar client for almost 4 months and do pay my small loan diligently each month with no hassle..so Moneystar asked me if I would require a small "Top Up" loan to get me through the month and I agreed.

A lady named Tregone contacted me..did the agreement telephonically and got a sms from Moneystar to confirm that the money was paid into my Citi account. Very gratefull went to the ATM just to be dissapointed with no funds paid into the account.

Went to look the next morning... Nothing!! Contacted the card company..card was active and also confirmed that no funds have been transfered.

Phoned Tregone again and was promised that her "manager" was called out of the meeting and was especially dealing with my query which I think was a "B.S" and required my I.D number once again for what reason I don't know... They have it on system!

Now I am thinking Moneystar has my word that I do pay them each month..But what if I need them will they help me??

Also should say some of their staff is not vey helpfull... If I dont have feedback by tomorrow 12H00 I will be logging a formal complaint at the OMBUD..Be Warned!
