Dismal (Non-Existent) Response

I have been trying (since November/December 2012) to have two card transactions reversed. I completed the necessary dispute forms and one was reversed but the other seems to have been forgotten!!! I raised this issue previously and was contacted in Mid-January by Sophy Masela who said she would sort it out. That is the last I heard despite further email reminders.

In addition, I noticed on my latest statement that there were two more strange transactions. I queried these by email to [Email Removed] on the 17th February. I also completed another dispute form in respect of these latest two entries as I have no knowledge of them.

I have had absolutely ZERO response to any of my emails and this reflects VERY poorly on Standard Bank - I cannot believe that management would accept this apathetic service so am having one last attempt to get all of this sorted before I move my accounts (lock, stock and barrel) to another bank...!!!

BTW the service request number I had for the initial queries was 31506025
