Furious!!!

My debit order date is the last day of the month, Nedbank for the past three months are not sticking to it and decided to drawn the money whenever they want then every time they have a lame excuse, this is getting ridiculous now. Nedbank is stuffiing up my credit record and when you call the call centre, the people are unhelpful and rude. If my debit order is on the last day, the take it on the last day not on the 22!!! I want a manager to call me to set this straight as i am loosing my sense of humor now!!!
