It is now 3 months since I posted this AND STILL I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY ANYBODY FROM THE DISPUTE DEPARTMENT. Pathetic service to say the least. I have been with STD Bank for over 10 years, but think it is time to close my personal and company accounts if this is how important their clients are. Previous complaint was :
(https:///standard-bank/complaints/chargeback-dispute-1160428) I was billed incorrectly by an ISP who confirmed they did this, and said they can't do the refund, and I should open a dispute with my bank which I did. I completed all the forms, and mailed it to Standard Bank on the 1st of July. To this day I have not heard anything from them, I have sent over 6 mails during the last 6 weeks and still nothing. They have a 60 day policy where after 60 days no refunds will be processed, and that will be in 2 weeks. I can also not get any contact numbers to sort this out, why is it so difficult to get a response about this!?!?!?!!?
