Disputes - No Feedback/ acknowledgement from Std

REF Nr: CRD 7342; CRD 7097: I have sent Std Bank a Statement of Dispute the first time on the 2/7/13. And again on 11/7/13 after NO confirmation was received on my email sent. I forwarded it to the email provided on your Dispute Form: [Email Removed]
Also on the 11/7/13, I forwarded it to [Email Removed] She promised to send me a confirmation and to give me feedback on the problem - needless to say, she did not.
On Friday 12/7/13, I went to Std Clearwater branch. The consultant called card division to enquire about the dispute. Once again they promised to call me on 15/7/13 to (1) confirm email receipt (2) inform me about the process and time it will take (3) to prevent more of these debit orders going off my account. Std once again FAILED in their promises as I had to call in again today to find out what is going on. I expect an answer from Std Bank by tomorrow. Failure to do so, will result in the closing of all my accounts with Std Bank. Regards.
