No response and unauthorised chargeback

On 7 may i submitted the following on hellopeter:

On 2 April I submitted the following report on hellopeter: ""I submitted a credit card dispute on 6 February and again on 28 February (same one) to chargebacks dot disputessbsa at standardbank dot co dot za (as one is told to do when phoning the call centre) and never received any response from Standard Bank. Please contact me so that this can be resolved ASAP. Reference number - CRB4417. "" I forgot to mention that this was the same dispute submitted in November last year, that was addressed, then just charged back to my card without any communication. Based on the hellopeter complaint, Leroy called me, I got another ref nr: 33137764, and finally the amounts were credited AGAIN on 8 April, only for one of the amounts to be debited to my card AGAIN on 30 April, AGAIN without any communication.

This time around, I did not even get a response.

The call centre tells you to email a dispute form, but there is no response from that address.

Is this it then? No way to get any response from Standard Bank?
