Deducts money from my account without permission!

Last month they deducted R447.00 from my account. When I asked what it was about they apologised and refunded my money. I dont even have a policy/cover with them...
When I checked my bank statement this morning they deducted another R60 from my account... Again!!!
I am livid!!!
