Debit order!

During the month of Junewe took out a new policy with budget insurance. We agreed to have coverage for our vehicle and home content but never agreed to any further cover of any sort.
Now out of the blue two extra (unauthorized) debit orders went through on our bank account!!
This is isnt it!!??
Our budget is planned out to a t and now because of your actions my budget wont realise, some of my debit orders wont go through, and we will be penalised!!!
I want the debit order cancelled with immediate effect and all money to be paid back directly! I cannot afford a 5-working day wait as companies usually do!
If I suffer any penalties I will hold you liable! No one ever gave permission for any amount to be deducted for telesure! I see there are many complaints regarding this! Are you proud of defrauding people out of their money!??
