I received forms to fill from computershare. The forms were filled and send per registered post to computershare in November 2012. I received a letter with no date on in February 2013 that computershare didn't receive my information and gave two contact numbers for their call centre. I called the call center and the person took my information, later he said that they received the letter but it's easier to do it over the phone. It cost me money to register a letter to them and call them again from my cellphone. How can I be refunded for the registered letter and or the phonecall?
