Furniture City
Account settled - deducted more - now say I owe

On 15 January 2013 Furniture City deducted the settlement amount from my account. On 15 February 2013 Furniture City deducted a further R447 from my account. Have been in contact with them to pay this money back to me, but instead of paying this money back, Furniture City deducted a further R177 from my account on 15 March 2013, which I asked the bank to send back. Now Furniture City is phoning me weekly to advise the R177 is sent back, where Furniture City actually owe me R447. This is boarding on harassment, and Furniture City actually owes me money. This is such bad service, is unacceptable and needs to be resolved ASAP, or I will hand Furniture City over to my attorneys for harassment and money they owe me.
