Old Mutual
R4000.00 wrongfully deducted from my account

I took out a policy with old mutual with the starting date being 1 August 2013. On the 25th of June 2013 they deducted R2000.00 form my account. I immediately phoned for them to refund it. They apologised and said it will be refunded - I am still waiting for the money.
Then AGAIN on the 1st of July 2013 they deducted another R2000.00 by mistake.
They now owe me R4000.00 and no one can tell me when I will receive my money. Laraine Hurley who is my service advisor have been wonderful in trying to sort things out but the money is still not in my account.
I want my money ASAP as R4000.00 is a lot of money if you didn't budget for it...
