On my bill I see content services. A service that deducts money from my account. I did not give any permission for any such money to be deducted from my account. Cell C refuses to reverse the transactions and claim they are not responsible. I did not sign up for this. I don't want this service at all and they claim they cannot cancel the service. How can they allow someone to deduct money from my account without permission and not be responsible? I want to be refunded and the "content services to be stopped indefinitely.
